By downloading, installing, or using ClipDoggy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ClipDoggy is a clipboard synchronization application that allows users to share clipboard content between Mac and Android devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal devices
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not copy, modify, or distribute the App without authorization
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Maintain the security of your devices and pairing codes

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
