1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClipDoggy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data; these Terms describe the rules of using the service.

2. Description of Service

ClipDoggy is a clipboard synchronization application that lets you share text and image content between your Mac and Android devices using one of three transport modes:

• Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) — direct device-to-device
• Wi-Fi LAN — direct device-to-device on the same local network
• Cloud Sync — via Firebase, with end-to-end encryption (AES-256-GCM + RSA-OAEP-SHA256)

The Cloud Sync feature requires you to sign in with a Google account and supports up to 3 devices per account.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal devices
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store (Mac) and Google Play Store (Android). Their respective platform terms also apply to your installation and use.

4. Free Service and Future Changes

The App is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or usage tiers in the future. Any such change will be announced at least 30 days in advance through an in-app notice or email, and will not retroactively affect features you are already using free of charge.
